Services are delivered under a separate project agreement, proposal, or work order agreed between you and the Company. The Website provides information about our services and a means to contact us.

You may provide project briefs, reference materials, brand assets, and related content to us for the purpose of delivering the Service ("Client Content"). You retain ownership of your Client Content.

Ownership of project deliverables, including 3D assets and source files, is governed by the project agreement or work order between you and the Company. Where no separate agreement addresses ownership, deliverables are licensed to you for your business use upon full payment, and the Company retains the right to display non confidential work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You confirm that any content you provide to us does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that you have the right to share it with us for the purpose of the project.

Fees for our services are set out in the applicable project agreement, proposal, or work order and are billed separately from the Website. We do not process payments through the Website. All fees are exclusive of value added tax and any other applicable taxes or duties, which will be charged where required under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

We treat project details, business information, and Client Content shared with us as confidential, and we will not disclose them to third parties except as needed to deliver the Service, as required by law, or as agreed in writing.

The Website may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites. Visiting a linked website is at your own risk.

Other than project deliverables governed by a separate project agreement, all content on the Website, including text, graphics, artwork, and design, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
